Dynamic, breath-driven movement designed to improve mobility, increase stability and address imbalances. We will move gently and mindfully to foster healthy body alignment.
Barre IkaIka (strength)
Designed to build strength by using heavier weights and resistance bands along with the ballet barre. Slower, intentional movements are used to promote a strong mind-body connection.
