Barre NaheNahe (gentle)
Dynamic, breath-driven movement designed to improve mobility, increase stability and address imbalances. We will move gently and mindfully at the barre & on the mat to foster healthy body alignment.
Barre IkaIka (strength)
Designed to build strength by using heavier weights and resistance bands at the ballet barre & on the mat. Slower, intentional movements are used to promote a strong mind-body connection.
